Pricing & Payment

All prices for treatments and products are subject to change without prior notice. The final price for your treatment will be confirmed at the time of booking.

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments in-studio or via our website at the time of booking. Cash payments are not accepted unless prior written consent is obtained from Management. All transactions must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment for treatments is due at the time of your appointment.

Bookings & Cancellations

To book an appointment, please contact us via our website, phone, or visit us in person at the studio.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. No-shows will be charged in full.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. Full treatment charges will still apply.

 

Satisfaction & Refund Policy

At Dermanation, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with a treatment, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and may offer a complimentary follow-up treatment or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

For prepaid treatment packages, refunds will be calculated based on the full price of redeemed treatments, minus a 20% administrative fee. Please note that special promotions and discounted packages are non-refundable.

Product Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Products can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase if unopened and in their original packaging.
  2. Opened products can only be exchanged if they are defective.

Treatment Suitability

Before starting any treatment, we will assess your suitability to ensure the best possible results. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information to help us tailor treatments to your needs safely and effectively.

Please note that results may vary depending on individual factors, including skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment care instructions. For optimal outcomes, we recommend following all provided guidelines.

Liability & Client Responsibility

DermaNation South Africa will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the provision of our services. It is your responsibility to follow all care instructions provided by our therapists to ensure the best results. We will not be liable for any adverse effects resulting from your failure to comply with these instructions.

While we take reasonable precautions to ensure your safety during treatments, some procedures do carry inherent risks. By agreeing to undergo treatment, you accept these risks and acknowledge that you have been fully informed of them.

 

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined and are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of the promotion. Promotional vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

 

Privacy & POPIA Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your personal details, including medical history and photographs, will be securely stored and used exclusively for treatment and administrative purposes.

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

You have the right to access and correct your personal information at any time. To do so, please contact us at admin@dermanationsa.co.za.

 

Client Conduct

At Dermanation South Africa, we strive to maintain a peaceful and professional environment for all our clients. We kindly request that you respect others by keeping noise levels to a minimum and switching off your mobile phone during treatments.

Any intentional damage to our property will result in charges for repairs or replacements. Professional conduct is expected at all times. Any form of sexual conduct, advances, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

In the event of such behaviour, the therapist will immediately terminate the session, the client will be asked to leave the premises, and no further treatments or services will be provided. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

 

Health & Safety Compliance

At Dermanation South Africa, we adhere to the highest health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of both our clients and staff. All equipment and treatment areas, including treatment beds, are sanitized before and after each client visit. Treatment beds are covered with clean plastic that is thoroughly cleaned between sessions for your protection.

Our staff undergoes regular training in first aid, safety, and hygiene best practices to maintain a safe and secure environment for all. We kindly request that clients notify the studio of any health conditions or allergies prior to treatments to ensure the safest and most effective care.

 

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Dermanation South Africa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
